Will it give legal information or advice?

No. By design. The AI is scripted to acknowledge the enquiry, capture details, and book a fee-earner call. Any pressure to give “just a quick answer” is politely refused.

Is it secure enough for legal data?

Calls are processed under UK GDPR with recordings and transcripts stored in UK / EU data centres. SRA-aligned retention and deletion policies are supported. We can sign a DPA on request.

Can it handle 999-style duty-solicitor calls?

Yes — out-of-hours duty calls follow a separate route. The AI takes the basics, then immediately rings the on-call solicitor with a clean summary so you walk into the police station already briefed.
